  • We will launch from Legion Beach at Stevens Pond located at: 522 Pleasant St. Parking is Free.
  • Space is limited to 10 students.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Class is 75 minutes in length.
  • Register as BYOB when supplying your own SUP, Paddle & Anchor.

  • Adults taking classes, please note: If you are bringing children to the pond with you they need to have some adult supervision present while you are on the water.

Rise & Shine SUP YOGA, Rye Harbor with Leah

The parking lot is a dirt pull-off on Ocean Blvd between Rye Harbor State Park (1730 Ocean Blvd) and Rye Harbor State Marina (1870 Ocean Blvd) right next to the small bridge. If you have passed either the marina or the state park you have missed us.  Parking is free and you can park anywhere as long as you are not blocking another vehicle. You can also park along the street if the lot is full.

  • Space is limited to 10 students.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Class is 75 minutes in length from start to savasana.
  • Register as BYOB when supplying your own SUP, Paddle & Anchor.

We will launch from 286 Cedar Street, Hopkinton, MA

Getting here: We strongly recommend carpooling or walking or cycling to this location as the park charges a $10 per vehicle fee to enter.

  • Space is limited to 10 students.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Class is 75 minutes in length from anchoring to savasana.
  • No BYOB’s permitted in this location
  • Visit KNOW BEFORE YOU GO for more info on what to where/bring/etc.
